The Ford Motor Company was founded in 1903 by the man Henry Ford. He helped create one of the worlds most recognised brands and logo, the Blue Oval. The company is also noted for the development of the moving assembly line technique for mass production, dubbed Fordism.
Ford are associated with the brands, Mercury, Lincoln and other subsidiaries. The current headquarters of Ford is in Dearborn, Michigan. The best selling models are the F-series trucks, Escort, Model T, Fiesta, Focus, Mustang and Transit.
